PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting use data management device that modifies mounting use data used when a component is mounted on a substrate or can give advice on modifying the mounting use data.;SOLUTION: A mounting use data management device includes an image acquisition unit, a monitoring unit, and a modification management unit. The image acquisition unit photographs a plurality of the same type of component mounted substrates about which components are mounted on the substrates, and obtains a three-dimensional image of each of the component mounted substrates. The monitoring unit extracts a shape of a sucked face of a component sucked by a suction nozzle from images acquired by the image acquisition unit, and monitors a change in the shape of the sucked face among the component mounted substrates. When the monitoring unit recognizes a change in the shape of the sucked face, the modification management unit modifies mounting use data used when an object component, i.e. a component that caused change in the shape of the sucked face was mounted or gives advice on modifying the mounting use data.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
