The method comprises: receiving a window association operation occurring at a whiteboard application interface, and the whiteboard application interface displaying a file presentation window for presenting a third-party file (S101); displaying an association label on the whiteboard application interface (S102); and receiving a movement operation applied to the file presentation window, moving the file presentation window by means of the movement operation, and when the file presentation window overlaps the association label after movement ends, establishing an association relationship between the file presentation window and the association label and correspondingly displaying the same association identifier (S103).
