This virtual camera control device (100) is provided with: a gaze point deciding unit (130) that decides, as a gaze point, an arbitrary point of a traveling object or a viewed object each of which is a virtual 3D object and is disposed in a virtual 3D space; and a virtual camera traveling unit (140) that moves a virtual camera which captures images in the virtual 3D space and which is disposed in the virtual 3D space, while the virtual camera traveling unit (140) keeps the image capturing direction of the virtual camera being the direction from the virtual camera toward the gaze point decided by the gaze point deciding unit (130) and also keeps the distance between the virtual camera and the traveling object constant.
