A three-dimensional bio-printer according to the present invention comprises: a case; a printing chamber of which the inside is formed to be encompassed by wall surfaces so as to be isolated from the outside; a movement unit including a horizontal movement unit, which is provided in the space under the bottom surface of the printing chamber, and a vertical movement unit, which is provided to the outside of the side surface of the printing chamber; a bed provided in the bottom surface opening on the bottom surface of the printing chamber; a first bellows, which covers the space between the bed and the inner circumferential surface of the bottom surface opening so as to isolate the inside of the printing chamber from the space under the bottom surface of the printing chamber; a first output module provided inside the printing chamber, and provided to be liftable in the Z-axis direction by means of the vertical movement unit; a second output module provided on one side of the first output module inside the printing chamber, and provided to be liftable in the Z-axis direction by means of the vertical movement unit; and a control unit for controlling operations of the movement unit, the first output module, and the second output module.
