The present invention relates to: an online shopping support device, which introduces a new service concept in which the purchase of a product at a competitive price is supported for a purchaser having accessed an exhibitor's web page on the basis of an online price list embedded in the exhibitor's web page according to the request of an exhibitor (individual user) and in which the exhibitor embeds the online price list in the exhibitor's web page, so as to pay an exhibition fee to the exhibitor every time the product is sold using the online price list; and a method for operating the online shopping support device.
