The present invention relates to a method for preventing damage to underground facilities during excavation construction. In the present invention, a user terminal equipped with a GPS module, an IMU sensor, a video camera, a display unit, and an AR module is installed in a driver's seat of an excavating equipment, and a GPS module is also installed in a bucket of the excavating equipment. By using the location information of the underground facilities in the construction site and the location information of the user terminal, the underground facilities are implemented in augmented reality on the live-action screen displayed on the terminal, so that the user can check the location of the underground facilities in real time during excavation work. In addition, when the bucket part is close to an underground facility, an alarm is sent to prevent damage to the underground facility during the excavation process.
