PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for forming an enzyme sensor electrode, an enzyme sensor electric electrode, and an enzyme sensor having excellent conductivity and sensitivity. SOLUTION: The composition for forming an enzyme sensor electrode containing a carbon material (A) and a binder (B), wherein the carbon material (A) is graphite (Aa) and a carbon material (Ab) other than graphite. The content of the carbon material (A) in 100% by mass of the total solid content of the composition for forming an enzyme sensor electrode is 50 to 98% by mass, and the total solid content of the carbon material (A) is 100.
