Equipment for the manufacture of meat-cake rolls, in particular of first-stage pumps, made of essentially straight dough bars, characterized by a conveyor belt (1),by means of which the straight bars of dough are transported essentially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the conveyor belt (1), a downstream conveyor belt (2) considered to convey the conveyor belt (1) and a downstream conveyor belt (3) considered to convey the conveyor belt (2); where the device also includes the following components:a gripper mounted over the workband (2),whose longitudinal axis (5) is vertically aligned to the plane formed by the upper torso of the workband (2), the gripper medium (4) at the end of which the workband (2) has a shape disc (6) with a circular or elliptical cross-section, is rotated around its longitudinal axis (5) and is adjustable vertically along the longitudinal axis (5) to the plane formed by the upper torso of the working strip (2), with the gripper (4) comprising a first and a second gripper (7, 8),which are positioned at the circumference of the disc (6) at an angle distance between 10th and 180th degrees and are adjustable independently vertically to the plane formed by the upper torso of the working strip (2) between a lower and a higher position,a third gripper (9) placed over the workband (2) for a dough transfer section, the longitudinal axis of which (10) is parallel to the plane formed by the upper torso of the workband and is vertically positioned to support the workband (2) which rotates around its longitudinal axis (10), is adjustable vertically to the plane formed by the upper torso of the workband (2) between a lower and an upper position and can be moved in and against the conveyor direction of the workband (2);a fourth gripper (11), which is designed to grasp the end of an incoming dough strap facing the workstrap (2) and to reach one in a starting position, i.e. a position at the beginning of a dough strap,a process for the manufacture of meat loaf rolls, containing the fifth gripper (14); anda fifth gripper (14), arranged between the working strap (2) and the removal strap (3), vertically adjustable to the level formed by the upper torso of the conveyor belt (2) between an upper and a lower position and horizontal between the conveyor belt (2) and the conveyor belt (3).
