COMPUTER COMPLEMENTARY PROCEDURE AND DATA PROCESSING SYSTEM FOR AN INTELLIGENT PERSONAL ASSISTANT AND COMPUTER COMPLEMENTARY PROCEDURE AND DATA PROCESSING SYSTEM

A computer-implemented procedure is proposed for an intelligent personal assistant to conduct a dialogue with a vehicle user. The procedure includes receiving a user's language input with a request and identifying a first node in a Dendrogramm that corresponds to the user's request. End nodes of the dendrogramm represent possible services of the intelligent personal assistant and inner nodes of the dendrogramm represent clusters of the hierarchically subordinated KnDendrogramm's notes. The procedure shall continue to include the provision of the service represented by the identified first node. The procedure also includes identifying one or more second nodes in the dendrogramwhich data collected correspond to the activities of the user and/or states of the vehicle in order to determine trivial non-meaningful services of the intelligent personal assistant for the user. One or more second nodes are therefore no longer taken into account in the following. The procedure also involves identifying a third node in the Dendrogramm with a minimum distance to the first node in order to determine at least another possible service of the intelligent personal assistant for the user. If the identified third node is an end node of the dendrogram,the procedure involves issuing a language output to the user to ask the user whether the user wishes to use a service represented by the third node. If the identified third node is an internal node of the Dendrogramm, the process involves issuing a voice output to the user to ask the user if the user wishes to use a service from the cluster represented by the third node.
