To perform flaw detection inspection free from flaw detection disabled range without removing a cover member.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic wave flaw detection structure 100 includes: a flaw detection target member (fuselage 101 of RPV1000) with a bolt hole (flange bolt hole 1) formed therein; and a cover member (protective cover 14) which is arranged upward of an inspection target member so as to cover at least the periphery of the bolt hole and in which an ultrasonic flaw detector 3 can be placed on the upper surface. By the ultrasonic flaw detector, the flaw detection inspection around the bolt hole is performed by applying ultrasonic waves to the flaw detection target member through the cover member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2B
