PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to easily confirm injury/illness name change information without greatly increasing a processing load.;SOLUTION: When updating injury/illness name databases having a plurality of versions, a control part 25a of a receipt computer 20a, 20b acquires information of the version before the update and information of the version after the update and reads injury/illness name change information corresponding to a combination of the version before the update and the latest version from a storage part 24a that stores the injury/illness name change information corresponding to a specific combination of the plurality of injury/illness name databases, and a display part 23a outputs the read change information.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
