PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brain wave signal processing system capable of searching a brain wave feature quantity associated with a change of a user's physiological psychological state out of many brain wave feature quantities without exerting load on an experimenter (analyst).;SOLUTION: A brain wave signal processing system of the present invention acquires relationship between a brain wave feature quantity as a feature quantity of a brain wave generating corresponding to given stimulus and a stimulus feature quantity as a feature quantity of the stimulus. The brain wave signal processing system includes: a feature quantity calculation unit acquiring the brain wave feature quantity of the brain wave signal corresponding to the stimulus; a mutual association degree calculation unit calculating a mutual association degree indicating a degree of association of a combination for each combination of each stimulus feature quantity of the stimulus and each brain wave feature quantity; and a feature quantity selection unit selecting the brain wave feature quantity having a high degree of association to the stimulus feature quantity by extracting a combination of the stimulus feature quantity and brain wave feature quantity having the mutual association degree exceeding a predetermined threshold.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
