The method and apparatus for determining measurement time comprise: receiving automatic neighbour relation ANR configuration information, the configuration information comprising: measurement configuration parameters, an ANR measurement duration, or an ANR measurement timer; on the basis of the configuration information, implementing ANR measurement; and, when a first condition is met, finishing ANR measurement, the first condition comprising at least one of the following: the ANR measurement duration is reached, the ANR measurement timer expires, or an ANR measurement result is acquired.
