A wireless device monitors a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) on a first search space in a bandwidth part comprising resource block sets. A downlink control information is received. The downlink control information indicates: refraining from monitoring the PDCCH on the first search space; monitoring the PDCCH on a second search space of the bandwidth part; and one or more resource block set of the resource block sets is available. Monitoring the PDCCH on the first search space is skipped. The PDCCH is monitored on the second search space in at least one of the one or more resource block set.
