The present invention relates to an evaluation system and method capable of objectively quantifying entrepreneurial readiness through the total score of a triangular model evaluating the entrepreneur's willingness to achieve, determination, and accuracy of business judgment, and weights related to entrepreneurial will (initiation motivation). The method and system of the present invention can objectively quantify the entrepreneurial readiness by multiplying the total score of the triangular model evaluating the entrepreneur's willingness to achieve, determination, and accuracy of business judgment by the standard weight of the entrepreneurial intention (initiation motivation). The present invention objectiveizes whether or not to start a livelihood-type start-up in the start-up readiness level as a start-up will direction value, and uses this to introduce a standard weight of start-up will, thereby more objectively indicating the degree of intrinsic readiness of the founder.
