The present invention includes (a) incorporating oxygen donors and their active agents into a wax matrix surrounded by an ionic polymer layer to provide a capsule system; and (b) incorporating the capsule system into a liquid cleaning detergent. A method for producing a washing detergent, characterized by an incorporation step, is disclosed. Also disclosed is a liquid cleaning detergent characterized by a capsule system comprising a wax matrix surrounded by an ionic polymer layer and incorporating oxygen donors and their active agents therein. Furthermore, (a) incorporating oxygen donors and their active agents in a wax matrix surrounded by an ionic polymer layer to provide a capsule system, and (b) making the capsule system a liquid detergent and water insoluble Heavy wash detergent wipes characterized by incorporating into a dispersion containing the functional additive of (c) and (c) applying the dispersion comprising this capsule system to a carrier material that is solid at ambient temperature A method for manufacturing is disclosed. Furthermore, (a) incorporating oxygen donors and their active agents in a wax matrix surrounded by an ionic polymer layer to provide a capsule system; and (b) a carrier that is solid at ambient temperature. Heavy-washing detergent wipe characterized in that it is incorporated into a substance and (c) applying a dispersion comprising a liquid detergent and a water-insoluble functional additive to a carrier substance comprising a capsule system A method for manufacturing is disclosed. Furthermore, the heavy wash in a heavy wash detergent wipe comprising a carrier material which is solid at ambient temperature and a liquid detergent and a dispersion containing a water-insoluble functional additive and applied to the carrier material. The detergent wipe further comprises a capsule system comprising oxygen donors and their active agents incorporated in the dispersion or directly in the carrier material and in the wax matrix surrounded by the ionic polymer layer.
