PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a box for information distribution board in which heat is hard to keep, even if it is installed on the ceiling.SOLUTION: A large number of ventilation holes 7, 7, ... for making heat, in a lid body 2, escape by ventilation are bored in the top face 5c and bottom face 5d of a cover body 5. Consequently, natural convection takes place in the box 2 by the heat generated from an information apparatus, and heat is difficult to get inside the box 2. Since the top face 5c is an inclined plane descending forward, and the bottom face 5d is an inclined plane ascending forward, even if the box 2 is installed on the ceiling or on the floor, a clearance is formed between on the top face 5c and ceiling, or between the bottom face 5d and the floor. Consequently, even if the box 2 is installed in such a place, the ventilation holes 7, 7, ..., provided in the top face 5c or bottom face 5d, are not blocked, and ventilation of the box 2 is difficult to be inhibited.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
