PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic agent capable of instantaneously and persistently imparting excellent antistatic performance to a polyolefin resin high in crystallinity and capable of maintaining transparency obtained by the polyolefin resin, a polyolefin resin composition containing the antistatic agent and a film and a laminate film using the resin composition.SOLUTION: There is provided an antistatic agent for polyolefin resin containing following components (A), (B) and (C) as essential ingredients, the component (A) essentially contains the following formula (A1) and weight percentage of the component (A1) in the antistatic agent is 5 to 70 wt.%. Component (A): an ester compound of glycerol and aliphatic acid. Component (A1): a compound of the component (A) having HLB value by a Griffin formula of 4.5 to 7. Compound (B): an ester compound of polyglycerol and diglycerol having polymerization degree of 3 to 10. Component (C):an ester compound of diglycerol and aliphatic acid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
