The present invention relates to a multilayer film for a retort pouch, a retort pouch including the same, and a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly, while having flexibility, stability, hygiene, heat resistance, water resistance, moisture resistance, stiffness and barrier properties. In addition to being excellent, it relates to a retort pouch excellent in quenching and soft-fill properties, and a method of manufacturing the same.
