The invention concerns a process and a support device (1) for the production of a textile cross-strength reinforcement, trained as from at least one yarn (17),which includes fibres suitable for carrying loads. After the invention, it is foreseen that the transverse reinforcement (5) or the support device (1) is capable of being bent perpendicular to the cross-section of the cross-force reinforcement (5) in at least one plane;by depositing the yarn (17) for the formation of the cross-force reinforcement (5) on the support device, which can be bent in the plane (1). The support device (1) consists of support elements linked to each other in a degree of freedom (2). After hardening a matrix material in the yarn (17), the cross-force reinforcement (5) is removed from the support. The invention continues to concern cross-strength reinforcement and its use to maintain and combine two bowls of a reinforced sandwich structure. The invention also concerns a concrete component and a printed circuit board file.
