The invention concerns a procedure for controlling an electronic non-slip braking system (10), in particular for a motor vehicle and an electronic non-slip braking system (10), which is controlled by this procedure.Known external braking systems (10)a muscular actuator (14),a main brake cylinder coupled to the control (14), a brake circuit (30a,b),a bicycle brake connected thereto (64a-d); anda brake pressure generator actuated by external force (50).The brake pressure generator (50) and the main brake cylinder (12) can be contacted in parallel with the brake circuit (30a,b).A pressure generator control valve (62a,b) is also provided for the control of a first pressure medium connection between the brake pressure generator (50) and the brake circuit (30a,b) and a brake circuit control valve (32a,b),for the control of a second pressure medium connection between the brake circuit (30a,b) and the main brake cylinder (12). The external power braking system (10) shall be operated in a state of operation during which the pressure generator control valve (62a,b) passes without brake pressure prevailing in the brake circuit (30a,b) and without brake pressure being applied.It is proposed that, during this mode of operation, the brake control valve (32a,b) is electrically operated by an electronic control device (28) of the external power braking system (10) in such a way that it receives a pass.
