Advanced Reality System (AR) for the diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair of industrial robots. The revealed diagnostic guidance system communicates with a control unit of an industrial robot and collects data from the robot control unit that includes an error message identifying a problem with the robot. The system then determines on the basis of the data collected an appropriate diagnostic decision-making directory tree and provides an interactive guide to a user on an ARABLE mobile device for the gradual correction of errors, which includes extended reality for the visual representation of actions,which must be carried out when testing and exchanging components. The system contains a data collector, a directory tree generator and guidance generator modules and creates the decision tree and the diagnostic guides using a stored library of diagnostic directory trees, decisions and diagnostic steps together with the associated AR data.
