[PROBLEM] An object of the present invention is to provide a heat dissipating structure having excellent heat dissipation efficiency irrespective of shapes and materials of its heat source, and a battery including the same. [MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM] The present invention relates to a heat dissipating structure 25 and a battery 1 including the heat dissipating structure 25. The heat dissipating structure 25 is provided between a heat source 20 and a cooling member 15 and enables heat dissipation from the heat source 20 by conducting heat from the heat source 20 to the cooling member 15. The heat dissipating structure 25 includes: a thermally conductive sheet 30 containing at least one of metal, carbon, and ceramic and settable between the heat source 20 and the cooling member 15; and a cushion member 31 at least partially covered with the thermally conductive sheet 30.
