By means of the cooperation of the bearing (6), the threaded sleeve (7), the threaded rod (8), a mounting block (9), a protruding block (10), a moving block (11), a sliding block (12), a first sliding groove (13), a first spring (14), a clamping rod (15), a clamping block (18), a clamping groove (19), a limiting rod (21), a second spring (23), and a limiting groove (24), the existing mounting structure is modified, the speed of replacing the unwinding ring is quick, the production efficiency of the cable is increased, and use is convenient.
