Disclosed is a method for bimetal wire arc additive manufacturing by means of a plasma heat source, comprising using a plasma welder as a hot source, using both welding wire A and welding wire B of a bimetal welding wire as filling materials for cladding, and together feeding the welding wire A and the welding wire B into a molten pool generated by a plasma arc for melting according to the required wire feeding speed through a wire feeding system corresponding to the welding wire A and the welding wire B, respectively, so as to form a mixed molten welding wire; and modeling a workpiece to be printed by means of an additive manufacturing software, determining the layer height of each additive material layer according to the material performance of the workpiece, and layered-slicing a part digital model in the Z direction according to the determined layer height using a wire arc additive manufacturing slicing software, wherein the cladding method of each slice is as follows: an outer wall is subjected to 回-shaped linear cladding by using the mixed melted welding wire, and an inner layer is subjected to linear filling cladding by using the mixed welding wire.
