The present invention relates to the field of heat storage materials. According to the present invention, it is found that the combination of the quaternary active ingredients of the disodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate, the diatomite, the polyacrylamide and the sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate is synergistic, which may effectively and synergistically improve the problems of phase separation and supercooling of the phase change material, may regulate the crystallization behavior of phase change material crystals, and may assist in improving the phase change behavior of the phase change material. The composition arrangement of the present invention is reasonable, the processing technology is simple, and the heat storage behavior of the material may be directionally regulated. The adaptability is strong, making the invention convenient for large-scale application.
