SYNCHRONIZATION SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MONITORING BACKGROUND DATABASE, SCD AND RCD

Provided are a synchronization system and method for a monitoring background database, an SCD and an RCD of a substation. The system comprises: a synchronization token management unit, an SCD synchronization module, an RCD synchronization module and a monitoring background database synchronization module, wherein the synchronization token management unit is used for sending or recycling a modification token, at most one of which can be present at one moment, and for sending a synchronization token. By means of the provision of a "token", the correctness and the reliability of data synchronization are ensured. The correctness of data synchronization can reach 100 percent, and a time saving rate is more than 99 percent. Not only is the working efficiency greatly improved, the reliable and safe operation of a power grid is also ensured. The system is applied and popularized to achieve consistency between an SCD, an RCD and a monitoring background database and ensure the automatic joint debugging and the automatic inspection of a substation and a regulation and control main station.
