This viewing abandonment factor estimation device includes: a condition unit which is configured of a combination of a plurality of feature amount value ranges that are measurable with respect to video viewing pertaining to adaptive bitrate video distribution; and a viewing abandonment factor estimation unit which is provided with an estimation model for the factor, which is represented by a conclusion unit that indicates the factor of the viewing abandonment in the viewing. Accordingly, it is possible to estimate a viewing abandonment factor in the adaptive bitrate video distribution.
