This electrical stimulation therapeutic device comprises: a pair of energizing electrodes which is disposed on the dorsal side of the sacrum of a subject being treated and provides an electrical stimulation signal from the dorsal side of the sacrum; a detection electrode which is disposed on the surface of a toe of the subject being treated and detects a myoelectric signal of the toe; a display unit for determining whether the myoelectric signal of the toe was generated in response to the stimulation signal; and a myoelectric signal processing unit which processes the myoelectric signal detected by the detection electrode and visually displays the myoelectric signal on the display unit. The myoelectric signal processing unit does not detect the myoelectric signal of the toe from output of the stimulation signal over a predetermined detection suspension period, and the detection suspension period is set on the basis of a quotient (x/v) of the distance (x) from the sacrum of a human body to the surface of the toes divided by the conduction velocity (v) of the nerve that runs through the sacrum of the human body or the vicinity of the sacrum.
