The present invention relates to a high heat-resistant graphene oxide, a method for manufacturing a conductive graphene fiber by using same, and a conductive graphene fiber manufactured therefrom. The technical features of the present invention are: a high heat-resistant graphene oxide, which has heat resistance stability since an oxygen-containing functional group, which is an epoxy group or a hydroxy group, is included in a surface and an oxygen-containing functional group, which is a lactol group or a carboxyl group, is absent in the surface; a method for manufacturing a conductive graphene fiber by using same; and a conductive graphene fiber manufactured therefrom.
