[Solution] A component dispatch tape processing device 10 processes a front end 61 of a component dispatch band 60 comprising a carrier band 70 and a cover band 80. The carrier band 70 includes component acquisition sections 76, which contain electronic components E. The components recording sections 76 are arranged at specified intervals. Two adhesives are positioned on the sides of the component recording sections 76 on the carrier band 70. The cover band is glued to the support band 70. The component dispatch tape processing device 10 includes a lower unit 20,one upper unit 30 and one bending section 40. The lower unit 20 is positioned opposite a lower surface of the component conveyor belt 60. The upper unit 30 is positioned opposite an upper surface of the component conveyor belt 60 and is moving to and from the lower unit 20 to. The bending section 40 is provided by the lower unit 20 and the upper unit 30. If the upper unit 30 is located near the lower unit 20,the bending section 40 bends a section of the front end 61 of the component belt 60 between the adhesives 77 to produce a section 62 for easy insertion upwards.
