A ballast assembly group, a bearing for it and a procedure for its construction are provided for. The ball pan assembly group includes a housing with an inner hole that extends between a closed first end area and an open second end area. A fiber-reinforced bearing is located in the inner borehole. The bearing has a lower section, which has a lower bearing area with a first curvature radius, and an upper section, which has an upper bearing area with a second curvature radius greater than the first curvature radius. The lower storage area and the upper storage area are surrounded by a bullet hole,in which a ball-shaped section of a ball-bolt is arranged. The second end area of the housing is radially plastic in order to exert a pre-tension on the upper part of the housing to fix the bearing and the ball section in the housing. The pre-tension causes the second curvature radius to be stretched substantially equal to the first curvature radius.
