To provide a training instruction tool which can improve a physical ability of a human.SOLUTION: A training instruction tool 200 includes: a pressing part 2091; a heel placing part 2092A; and a control part having support members 210, 214, support members 211, 215, rotational parts 202A, 202B, support members 212, 216 and piston members 219, 220. In a state where a heel of a trainee is placed on the heel placing part 2092A and a second joint and third joint of his/her toe are pressed by the pressing part 2091, when the heel placing part 2092A is at a position apart from a substrate in an upward direction, the control part moves the heel placing part 2092A towards a substrate in response to the force Pw2 stronger than the force applied upward to the heel placing part 2092A, the force Pw2 being applied to the heel placing part 2092A towards the substrate, and the control part moves the heel placing part 2092A upward in response to a weakening of the force applied to the heel placing part 2092A toward the substrate compared to the force Pw2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
