PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind that mitigates a defect caused by loosening of a wound lifting cord.;SOLUTION: A blind 100 has a winding drum 132 for winding a lifting cord 120. The winding drum 132 has, on an edge side, a connecting part 132a to which an end of the lifting cord 120 is connected, a winding start part 132b for the lifting cord 120 at a position toward the other edge side than the connecting part 132a, and a winding surface 132c formed between the winding start part 132b and the connecting part 132a for winding the lifting cord 120. The blind further includes large-diameter parts 134b, 134c on the winding surface 132c close to the connecting part 132a, for absorbing loosening of the lifting cord 120.
