PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of reducing deviation of a scan start position in the case of performing image formation by an electrophotographic system in which a scan speed of a laser beam is not constant on a photoreceptor surface, and to provide an image forming apparatus, and a method and a program for adjusting an image formation start position in a main scanning direction of the image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: An image processor includes scan speed profile generation means for generating a scan speed profile being information on the scan speed of each main scanning direction in an image forming apparatus in which the scan speed of a laser beam is not constant on a photoreceptor surface, and scan position adjustment amount derivation means for deriving a scan position adjustment amount for regulating distance from a position to be reference of main scan to a write start position of the laser beam onto the photoreceptor surface on the basis of the generated scan speed profile.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
