To provide floating play facilities that enable a floating toy to be stably installed on the water and that enable the floating toy to be pre-recovered when weather conditions become worse.SOLUTION: Floating play facilities include: a floating toy 1 that is formed to float in the state of being internally filled with gas; a base frame body 2 that is arranged near a water surface away by a predetermined distance from a shore so as to lock the floating toy 1; and mooring means 3 for mooring the base frame body 2.
