Provided are a test method for predicting the effect of administering Regorafenib, and a test kit. Measurements are taken of the CCL-5 concentration and the VEGF-A concentration in a specimen collected from a patient, whereby the effectiveness of treatment on the patient and the risk of adverse events are estimated.
