There is provided a humidity control agent with improved hygroscopicity and release resistance, and a humidity control product including the same. The humidifier according to some embodiments of the present disclosure is selected from the group consisting of a hygroscopic material, an inorganic compound and ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), an ionomer material, a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), and a polycaprolactone (PCL). It may contain a polymer material containing more than one species. The inorganic compound can help the hygroscopic substance and improve the hygroscopicity of the hygroscopic substance to suit the environment in the automobile lamp housing. In addition, when the ambient temperature increases, the polymer material undergoes a phase transition to a liquid with high viscosity, thereby controlling the release of absorbed moisture, and thus, the release resistance of the humidifier can be greatly improved.
