An apparatus for evaluating the performance of a lens module and a lens system (relay lens system) applicable thereto are disclosed. The relay lens system includes a first lens, a second lens, a third lens, a fourth lens, a fifth lens, and a sixth lens sequentially arranged from the chart side between the chart and the plurality of lens modules, and the first lens is a secondary lens. The second lens has positive (+) refractive power, the third lens has positive (+) refractive power, and the fourth lens has negative (+) refractive power and has a negative (-) refractive power and a concave exit surface for a plurality of lens modules. It has negative (-) refractive power, the fifth lens has positive (+) refractive power or negative (-) refractive power, and the sixth lens has positive (+) refractive power. The disclosed device evaluates the performance of a plurality of lens modules using one chart and one relay lens system, and the relay lens system is configured to enable performance evaluation for a lens module having an angle of view within a range of 0° to 110°.
