The present invention, which pertains to the field of e-commerce and purchasing systems, relates to a commercial media system ("M-commerce") that enables execution of an instant secure purchase process by reading 2D codes in a specific application, said codes being provided in a wide range of media vehicles, including printed media and digital media. These codes are generated in signature layers using digital certification associated with encryption, thereby creating various layers of security that result in a smart code for each product or service, containing hundreds of protected data, with a view to fostering secure digital purchasing. The system requires a register of vendor companies with minimum digital certification requirements for issuing 2D codes for their products and/or services, and also promoting the direct link with financial institutions to transact the related payments.
