A strong turbulent flow generation device suitable for rapid sorting of micro-fine particles. The strong turbulent flow generation device comprises a cylindrical pipe flow section (1) and a plurality of conical rings (2) provided in the pipe flow section (1), wherein the conical rings (2) are uniformly distributed in the axial direction of the pipe flow section (1), the mounting direction of the conical rings (2) in the pipe flow section (1) is configured to enable ore pulp to flow from the bottom surface to the top surface. The outer diameter D1 of the bottom surface of the conical ring (2) is the same as the inner diameter of the pipe flow section (1), a ratio of the outer diameter D2 of the top surface to the outer diameter D1 of the bottom surface of the conical ring (2) is 0.3-0.8, and an included angle between the outer side wall of the conical ring (2) and the inner wall of the pipe flow section (1) is 15°-45°, and a plurality of water through holes (3) are uniformly arranged in the outer side wall of the conical ring (2). According to the device, the turbulent flow intensity can be improved without additional increase of energy consumption, a flotation granularity lower limit is reduced, and the recovery rate of micro-fine particles is increased.
