PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transgenic pig suitable for xenotransplantation. In the nuclear genome of at least one cell, the disrupted α (1,3) -galactosyltransferase, CMAH and β4GalNT2 genes are included, and the expression of α (1,3) -galactosyltransferase, CMAH and β4GalNT2 is wild.
