PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose a water spray type heat radiating device for an automobile. Since a radiator frame is included and a heat dissipation mechanism is provided in the radiator frame, the prime mover coolant inside the heat dissipation mechanism can be dissipated when air passes through the heat dissipation mechanism. A pump space is provided in the lower wall of the radiator frame, a water spray mechanism is provided in the pump space, and the water spray mechanism can detect the temperature of the coolant in the heat dissipation mechanism. When the temperature of the coolant reaches a set temperature value, the water spray mechanism can spray the heat dissipation mechanism with water to cool it, and connecting blocks are vertically symmetrical on the left and right side walls of the radiator frame.
