PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring control device, a biogas power generation control system, and a power generation control method that can decrease running costs while reducing energy consumption.SOLUTION: A monitoring control device according to an embodiment comprises an acquisition unit, and an equipment control unit. The acquisition unit acquires temperature information in a fermentation tank that performs fermentation treatment of organic waste. The equipment control unit controls operation of a biogas power generation device that generates electric power and thermal energy by generating electricity using biogas generated in the process of the fermentation treatment, on the basis of the acquired temperature in the fermentation tank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
