Therapeutic antibodies that bind to Biantenari Lewis B and Lewis Y antigens

Humanized antibodies, antigen-binding fragments thereof, and antibody conjugates capable of specifically binding certain Biantenari Lewis antigens are disclosed herein, which antigens are expressed in a variety of cancers. The currently disclosed antibodies are useful for targeting antigen-expressing cells for the treatment or detection of diseases including a variety of cancers. Also provided are polynucleotides, vectors and host cells for making the disclosed antibodies and antigen-binding fragments thereof. Pharmaceutical compositions, methods of treatment and detection, and uses of antibodies, antigen-binding fragments, antibody conjugates and compositions are also provided.
