CRUCIBLE DEVICE SUITABLE FOR USE IN SUPERGRAVITY DIRECTIONAL SOLIDIFICATION

A crucible device suitable for use in supergravity directional solidification, comprising a crucible body (25) and a central cavity (25-1) provided on the crucible body, the main body of the crucible body being cylindrical, and the central cavity being filled with a metal sample; a plurality of cooling holes (25-2) provided around the central cavity, a temperature gradient adjustment block (25-3) being mounted in each cooling hole, and the temperature gradient adjustment block moving axially in the cooling hole; a positioning flange block (25-5) provided at the lower part of the crucible body, a plurality of heat dissipation grooves (25-6) being provided on the cylindrical surface of the outer periphery of the lower part of the positioning flange block; a plurality of heat radiating grooves (25-4) provided on the cylindrical surface of the outer periphery of the crucible body above the positioning flange block; one or two small through holes are provided on a side wall of the crucible body at the top surface of the positioning flange block as gas discharge holes (25-7), the gas discharge holes connecting the cooling holes to the outside of the crucible body in a buffer manner. The crucible device solves the problem that a temperature gradient is difficult to achieve during a supergravity directional solidification process, and has a simple structure and a high safety coefficient.
