Disclosed is an anti-reflection anti-glare agent, comprising the following components (in weight percentages): 15-30% of silicon dioxide, 5-12% of a film-forming material, 10-25% of water, 15-40% of ethanol, 2-10% of a surfactant, 4-10% of a leveling agent, and 8-15% of an iodine-containing light absorbing agent. Disclosed are a type of anti-glare glass (10), comprising a glass body (11) and an anti-glare layer (12, 13) arranged on the surface of the glass body (11), with the anti-glare layer being formed by depositing the anti-reflection anti-glare agent onto a predetermined region and then curing same; a method for preparing the anti-glare glass (10); and a display device having the anti-glare glass (10).
