PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stress-free pill case which can store and carry a medicine and can quickly take out the medicine at any time when a seizure occurs. SOLUTION: A pill case 10 has an inner bag 26 for storing a medicine 80, a bag body 20 provided with a heat insulating material 25, a lid 30 capable of opening and closing an opening 24 of the bag body 20, and a bag body 20 and a lid 30. It includes surface tapes 28 and 36 that can be opened and closed and attached and detached, and a wristband 70 that attaches and detaches the bag body 20 to the user's wrist. The lid 30 is shaped so that at least a part of the outer bag surface 23A is exposed and reaches from the opening side edge portion 22A to the vicinity of the bottom side edge portion 22B. When a seizure occurs, the user unknowingly brings both hands to the front of the chest, so that the pill case 10 can be attached to the wrist to remove the seizure immediately.
