PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a padded chair for preventing an infant from falling over and tipping forward or sideways from a seat or cushion. SOLUTION: A padded chair or cushion has a substantially donut-shaped structure to form a support structure surrounding all of them. The voluminous configuration includes a back and a pair of support arms to support the infant's back, neck, and head. The front part provides an anchor for connecting the toys and a tray for the anchor. The base seat for sitting is adjustable to fit children of different sizes and is adjusted with a strap that has a zipper at one end connected to the base seat. The fasteners are detachably attached to the front of the chair so that they can be attached at different vertical points for adjustment purposes. The fastener is composed of a hook and a loop fastener. The straps are placed between the holes for the legs and adjusted while the chair is occupied by the infant. [Selection diagram] FIG. 1A
