PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the filling density of powder filled in a container uniform and improve filling efficiency. SOLUTION: A hopper storing powder and a plurality of units extending downward from the hopper, quantitatively cutting out the powder in the hopper, and filling the powder filling container with a constant bulk specific gravity. The auger type filling machine, the elevating control means for controlling the elevating and lowering of the powder filling container with respect to the powder supply port of a plurality of auger type filling machines, and the powder filling amount are measured by the weight of the powder filling container. Filling of powder from a state in which the powder filling container is raised to a position where each powder supply port of a plurality of auger type filling machines faces the bottom surface of the powder filling container by the elevating control means. As the amount of powder filled in the powder filling container increases, the powder filling container is lowered to fill the powder while maintaining the powder filling pressure in the powder filling container at a constant level.
